BodyPaint 3D

Cinema 4D offers the ultimate control over your textures with complete layer, filter and tablet support  – all optimized for working in 3D. A brush can define an entire material rather than only a single color, and you can paint on up to ten channels with a single stroke. The Projection Painting tool enables painting across UV seams or even multiple objects in a scene.

Projection Man

Projection Man streamlines the workflow for creating digital mattes or for texturing great numbers of objects, making it simple to set up an initial painting and even easier to patch the matte when necessary. Projection Man calculates a basis for your matte painting from the geometry and camera positions in your 3D scene. You can then use Cinema 4D's internal painting tools or Adobe Photoshop for your painting and reload it in the corresponding material channel in Cinema 4D. Projection Man will project the image onto the geometry in real-time.
